Astronomy Unit

Hi!
   So since I didn't start my blog at the beginning of the year (it was a bit crazy!)  Here are some photos from my student's lab journals from that unit.  I have so much to change for the future but here are some little items:

A fold out of the solar system with accurate distances to scale.
Google this activity---I found it online and thought it was awesome.
They suggested a bigger sheet of paper but I wanted to scale it down
to A. Save Trees and B. Actually fit in our notebooks!  I may need
to make it a BIT bigger next year though :)
